It's easy to go shopping with Planet Dance - the choice is yours. With the option to place your order via our web site or over the telphone, you can choose the method that suits you best. And of course, don't forget you can also Shop In Store at one of our two UK locations.

We have tried to make our web site as user friendly as possible to ensure that you can select the products you want quickly and easily. And with one of the best collections of designer dancewear and at great value for money, Planet Dance puts the fun back into shopping.

Via The Website

Ordering on the Planet Dance web site couldn't be easier. Simply add the items you require to your on-line shopping basket and when you've got everything you need continue to the checkout for payment processing.

As a global retailer, we have also provided guide prices in Euros and US Dollars for our overseas customers. To use this facility, simply click on the appropriate currency at the top left of the page as you browse the site. Although we update the exchange rates on a regular basis, this should be used as a guide price only, as all orders are processed in £GBP when you get to the checkout.
At the checkout you can either opt to pay on-line by credit or debit card or alternatively you can pay in store with our 'Click & Collect' service.

Secure Online Payments

Payment on line with Planet Dance is safe and secure, using SagePay, the largest independent payment service provider in the UK and we accept all major credit & debit cards.
On completion of your order you will be given a confirmation order number. Please make a note of this order number should you need to contact us regarding your order.

For 'Collect in Store' orders, we will notify you by phone or email when your order is ready to collect. Payment for collected orders will be processed in store at the point of collection, or you can pay online on order placement by credit or debit card.

For card payments, you will also receive an email from SagePay with confirmation of your payment. Please note: Should you not receive this email, please do contact us, as this may mean that your payment has not transacted and may delay your order.

Via the Telephone

The Planet Dance order lines are open from Tuesday - Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and again you can choose to pay by credit or debit card, or arrange collection from our Showroom. Our advisors can answer any query you have before ordering and help you to make the right product choice for you.

Shop in Store

Our Yorkshire Showroom is one of the largest in the UK. Stocked with a huge selection of top brand dancewear and footwear, it's a real treat. We also have a boutique store in Leeds with on-site coffee shop, offering you the complete dance shopping experience. You can also use our 'click & collect' web service to browse and select your products before hand from the comfort of your home, and we will let you know when your goods are ready for you to view and collect.

We offer the full range of in-store and showroom services to both our corporate clients and individual customers including:

• Advice on all aspects of dancewear selection
• Dance School uniform selection, customisation and supply

Our Showroom is based on the Yorkshire Mill Mile in West Yorkshire, and is ideally placed for our local customers in Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield, whilst it's easy access from the M1 and M62 attracts clients and customers from much further afield. Our Leeds Boutique is in the Leeds Arts Quarter and offers convenient late night shopping.

We also offer a special delivery option for all in-stock items for UK delivery, which can be processed via our call centre. This costs an additional £5.00 and guarantees next day delivery for all orders placed before 3pm.

Collect in Store

Goods collected from our Yorkshire Dancewear Showroom or are Leeds Boutique are not subject to a handling fee. Ands what's more, we do not charge any more for products purchased in store either. The product prices listed on our website are also applicable in store.

If you have chosen to browse on-line and select the products for collection, you will be given an order number. We will process your order and contact you by either email or telephone, once your order is ready for collection. Payment will be processed in-store at the point of collection, or should you prefer, you can pre-pay by credit or debit card via our website at the point of order.

All orders received by 3pm are usually despatched the same day, where goods are in-stock at our warehouse at the point of order.

Please note: 'In Stock' stated against a size/colour selection may refer to stock availability at either our warehouse or at our manufacturers' depots. Where stock is held at our manufacturers' depots, delivery times may be longer. In view of this, if your order is urgent, we recommend that you contact us to determine a more specific delivery timescale.

Where goods are currently out of stock, the estimated 'Due Date' is stated against each item, so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you would like to place an order. These due dates are specific to each item, based on the latest backorder information from our manufacturers and are updated daily.
As stock is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, many customers choose to place a backorder for out of stock items, to ensure they don't miss out.

Please note: Although we regularly review and update stock levels and supplier due dates on our website, mismatches may still occur from time-to-time. Thus, should your order be urgent, we recommend that you contact us to confirm the latest information.


Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, please simply return them to us within 30 days of receipt, for either an exchange or refund as your prefer. All we ask is that they are returned to us in their original, saleable condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

What's more, should you wish to exchange your goods for items within the same postage band as that originally paid, no further outgoing postage & packing charge will be made for UK deliveries.

Please note; all tights, foundation garments, printed merchandise and sale items are considered final sales and as such are non-returnable.
