It's easy to go shopping with Planet Dance - the choice is yours.  With the option to place your order via our web site, over the telphone or by post, you can choose the method that suits you best.  And from January 2008 you can also Shop In Store at our brand new Yorkshire Showroom

We have tried to make our web site as user friendly as possible to ensure that you can select the products you want quickly and easily.  And with one of the best collections of designer dancewear and at great value for money, Planet Dance puts the fun back into shopping.



Via the Web Site

Ordering on the Planet Dance web site couldn't be easier.  Simply add the items you require to your on-line shopping basket and when you've got everything you need continue to the checkout for payment processing.  

As a global retailer, we have also provided guide prices in Euros and US Dollars for our overseas customers.  To use this facility, simply click on the appropriate currency at the top left of the page as you browse the site.  Although we update the exchange rates on a regular basis, this should be used as a guide price only, as all orders are processed in £GBP when you get to the checkout.

At the checkout you can either opt to pay on-line by credit or debit card or alternatively you can select to pay by cheque if you prefer.  And from January 2008, you can also choose to 'Collect In Store' from our brand new Yorkshire Showroom.

Payment on line with Planet Dance is safe and secure, using Protx, the largest independent payment service provider in the UK and we accept all major credit & debit cards.






On completion of your on-line payment or selection of the 'by cheque' or 'collect in store' option you will be given a confirmation order number.  Please make a note of this order number should you need to contact us regarding your order.  For cheque payments, please write this number on the back of your cheque and send it to us at the address below.

For 'Collect in Store' orders, we will notify you by phone or email when your order is ready to collect. Payment for collected orders will be processed in store at the point of collection.

For card payments, you will also receive an email from Protx with confirmation of your payment.  Please note:  Should you not receive this email, please do contact us, as this may mean that your payment has not transacted and your order will not be processed.

The Planet Dance order lines are open from Tuesday - Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and again you can choose to pay by credit or debit card, by cheque or arrange collection from our Showroom.  All our advisors are trained dancers and thus we can answer any query you have before ordering and help you to make the right product choice for you.

Opening on 4th January 2008, our brand new Yorkshire Showroom is one of the largest in the UK. Stocked with a huge selection of top brand dancewear and footwear, it's a real treat.  Many items are available to purchase immediately from our showroom - so just call in to browse and buy. You can also place an order for 'display only' items in our showroom for collection or delivery.  Alternatively you can use our 'collect in store' web service to browse and select your products before hand from the comfort of your home.
