All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (or net prices outside the EEC).
In the event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. Unless specified to the contrary prices are listed by the Seller without obligation and are subject to alteration. The Seller may give notice to the Buyer prior to delivery, of any increase in price provided that the Buyer may cancel this contract within 3 days of any such notice by the Seller.
Please note: Customers outside the EU might be subject to domestic import and duty taxes. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to avoid any extra charges. Planet Dance cannot be held responsible for these charges. All goods sold on this web site are excluding any import duties and/or taxes outside the EEC.
All payments are transacted in £GBP. Prices given in Euros and US Dollars are meant as a guide only.
Product prices listed on our website are also applicable for in-store purchases at our Yorkshire dancewear showroom. E&OE.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. All payments are due before despatch or collection is made, with on-line payments transacted on order placement. For 'In-Store' collections, payment is made at the point of collection from our Yorkshire dancewear showroom.
Availability & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment, with all goods despatched to you by 1st class recorded delivery, subject to stock availability.
Where the goods are in stock you should expect to receive your order within 1 to 3 days from order placement and payment. Where the goods are out of stock, you will usually receive your order within 3 to 14 days.
You will be notified of any items not expected to reach you within 14 days. You will be advised of an expected date of delivery and have the opportunity of leaving the item on back order, selecting another product or cancelling the item. We cannot accept liability for late receipt of goods due to delays from manufacturers or shipping companies, with all expected delivery dates given as a guide only. We reserve the right to cancel any back orders or to substiture products of a similar type.
As stock levels are not listed on our website, should your order be urgent or where a more specific delivery date is required prior to ordering, simple call our contact centre who will advise you accordingly.
Goods are shipped by Royal Mail or Contract Carrier as appropriate. Your goods may be delivered by separate instalments. If there is no one at the address given to accept delivery of the goods, the carrier will place a card through your letterbox to inform you that they were unable to deliver your order. The carrier will endeavour to deliver your order on the next working day.
You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
For in-store collections, we will notify you by telephone or email once your order is ready for collection.
Returns & Exchanges
All items for exchange or refund should be returned to reach us within 7 days of their receipt by the customer. Only faulty items can be considered for exchange outside this period.
Items can only be accepted for exchange or refund if they are returned in their original saleable condition with all their tags & labels attached and in their original packaging.
All returns must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid parcels. Return postage is non-refundable in any circumstances unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Standard second class postage will be refunded in these circumstances only. There is no administration fee charged for returned products.
For exchanges; should you require an exchange for an item within the same postage band as that originally ordered, no extra postage & packaging charge will be made. However the buyer will be charged a supplementary return postage & packaging fee for exchanges for items in a higher band. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 28 days.
Overseas deliveries accepted for a refund will be subject to the outgoing postage and packaging charge, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
All tights, body stockings, dance belts and socks are final sales and are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
Printed items may fade with repeated washing. We recommend these items are washed by hand. Printed items can not be exchanged or refunded after the tag is removed.
